Refund Policy

Draft content, pending legal review, not final legal text.

1. What you're paying for

D-Zone doesn't sell a product or hold a balance for you to withdraw. What you pay for is our weekly service fee -- a percentage of the net trading profit our signals generated on your own MT5 account that week, as described in our Terms of Service. We never take custody of your trading funds, so a "refund" here means a correction to a service-fee payment, not a return of trading capital.

2. When a refund applies

We will refund a service-fee payment when:

We do not refund a correctly calculated fee on a profitable week just because a later week performed worse -- each billing period is calculated independently, as described in our Terms of Service.

3. What we don't refund

We never hold your trading funds, so we have nothing to refund there -- any trading losses, gains, or balance changes happen entirely within your own Deriv account, outside of D-Zone. This policy covers only payments made to D-Zone for the service fee itself.

4. How to request one

Contact us with your account email and the invoice period in question as soon as you notice the issue. We aim to review and resolve refund requests within a reasonable time, and to complete an approved refund promptly once confirmed.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the same gateway the payment was made with -- PayFast or Paystack, depending on how you paid -- not as account credit or by any other method.
