What we collect

• Account details: email address, country (used to route you to PayFast or Paystack for payment).
• Deriv account link: your Deriv login ID and an OAuth access token, encrypted at rest, scoped read-only -- never your Deriv password.
• MT5 login and account type (demo/live) for each subscription.
• Every trade your Subscriber EA reports (symbol, direction, lots, open/close time, profit) and periodic connectivity heartbeats.
• Telegram chat ID, only if you choose to link Telegram for alerts.
• Billing and payment records (invoices, payment gateway references) -- we never see or store your card or bank details; those are handled entirely by PayFast/Paystack.

Why we collect it

Trade data exists solely to calculate the profit-share fee described in our Terms of Service. Deriv account linking exists solely to verify the MT5 login you subscribe with belongs to you. We do not sell or share this data for advertising, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond operating the service and calculating fees.

Third parties

We share data with: Deriv (via their API, to verify account ownership), PayFast and Paystack (to process payments), our email and Telegram providers (to deliver account and alert notifications), and our hosting/database provider.

Retention

We retain trade and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.

Your rights

You can disconnect your Deriv account, unlink Telegram, or stop your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Contact us to request a copy of your data or its deletion, subject to our legal obligation to retain billing records.
